Dont expect "GoPro" style video quality, but it is better than nothing if you have to go to court. (make sure you use Windows notepad or similar to set the time and date. for the .txt file.
This camera is amazing overall and I love it. I don't know why people don't like it. Maybe they had a malfunction. Anyways, night view IS CRUCIAL for night time recording. For example, it will show white instead of black without night view on. Night view setting is on the right side of the camera, or the left side when you flip the camera for recording. I will post a video later.
It took me a bit to figure out the instructions, but after some trial and error, I got it. Picture actually came out better than I expected. Sound quality is good. Overall I was happy with the purchase.
This video recorder is great. It is durable and picks up audio just as good as the video.It's very simple to use and easy to transfer data from the unit to my computer. It's also available at an unbeatable price. I highly recommend purchasing it.
Instructions are hard to understand but it works OK. I have not used it much yet so I am not sure how good it will be but once you understand the way to work it you can get it to do as it is advertised.

It was everything I thought it would be and more!
Works as expected. It is small so you have to move it smoothly and carefully to get good video.
I have great fun with these little cameras. My only complaint is that the light that signals that the camera is working is very difficult to see on a sunny ski slope.
Could have a better instruction book.
