I purchased this item for my husband and I for an international trip into known high crime & pick pocket areas. The belt was very comfortable, easily held our passports, credit cards & money. It was comfortable even on days that were very warm. I worried that it would be bulky around the waist (I’m not a skinny person), especially under my clothes, but neither of us had any problems with it. The adjustable strap was easy to custom fit and there wasn’t any indication or hint that we were wearing the belts. In fact, I could easily see using this for other activities, not just travel, such as attending athletic events, state fair, anywhere there is a large gathering of people. It was easy to access the money as we needed it, but also reassuring that our most important valuables were with us and discreetly concealed. I highly recommend these travel belts. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t need to carry a purse and worry about it being ripped from my hands.
I bought this money belt for duel purposes - to use as a money belt when traveling, and to use as a running belt to hold my phone/ipod while jogging. I'm totally pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone! It has a large adjustable belt that is comfortable and the end is sewn in place (I've had money belts in the past that have this long hanging string of a belt that you have to tuck somewhere - was very annoying!) The buckle works well, and there are PLENTY of pockets if you like to be organized! Credit card, cash, you can fit it all. The money belt easily fit my iPhone 6 as well as my boyfriend's iPhone 6 Plus, so there's lots of space. Lastly it's made of a nice soft fabric that doesn't scratch against my bare stomach when worn under clothing for travel. I like the gray color personally, as many money belts are black and show through some of my shirts. Would definitely recommend this product, very happy I found it! :)
I purchased this money belt for use during a recent trip to Greece, Italy and France. I could not be more pleased. I admit that I was a bit concerned about quality, given the very reasonable price. However, it turned out to be very well made. The elastic belt is extremely comfortable, to the point where you forget you're wearing it. The wallet itself is lightweight with a very flat profile so, again, it's easy to forget it's there; the flat profile is also important because the belt is not obvious to other people. However, I haven't noticed any signs of wear, not even a loose thread.
There are 2 zippered pockets, one above and behind the other. I found the top pocket perfect for passports (it easily accommodated mine and my wife's) and a credit card, and used the lower, front pocket for cash.
I confess that I never even heard of RFID before researching money belts, so I can't speak to that. However, I can say that I am extremely pleased with this money belt, and I recommend it most highly.
Worked great! Took this on a trip to London and Paris where we a little worried (especially in Paris) about pick-pockets and other criminals. Not only did my wife not need to carry a purse, but also it was impossible to tell that she was wearing/carrying anything at all as it fit flat against her stomach and under her clothes.
We didn't have issues all week, but the one thing to be prepared for is the heat. My wife wore an undershirt underneath this so it was a bit more comfortable but after taking it off there was always a large sweat spot from where this sat on her body. It's too be expected.
This product came right on time and was exactly how I thought it would be. It seems study and well made and I'm excited to use it on my upcoming trip to Europe. It's very affordable, I don't know why anyone would pay more because the Raytix covers everything you'd need in a money belt at a really good price.
UPDATE: Wore this everywhere in Europe and it worked great! As long as you're not wearing anything super tight, you can't even tell it's on by looking at it. It held two passports, many train tickets, my credit card and money in here constantly. It has nice compartments, making it easy to section off my used and unused train tickets (especially handy in Paris!). The zippers were good and never got caught on my clothes or on the items inside. Often times I wore it against my skin in very hot weather and it never gave me a rash or rubbed in any way to cause discomfort. Quite simply, if you're looking for a discreet money belt, I don't see why you would buy anything else.

This was my first money belt and I chose it after reviewing a number of products because it seemed to offer the best blend of functionality and value. After using it for two weeks on a cruise with multiple port stops, with shore excursions in each one, I'm very happy with the design and quality. Two pockets is very helpful in separating items, the zippers worked very well, the size of the pockets worked well for passport, wallet and money, and the adjustable belt with a little stretch to it made the "right" size easy to find. Quality and durability seemed excellent, but two weeks is not a long test period. Regardless, I was definitely happy with the product. I'd buy it again and I'm comfortable recommending it without reservation.
Bought this for a trip to Japan this summer. Wanted to break up where I kept my money. Kept smaller bills in my wallet, larger bills in this money belt, along with my passport, rail tickets, and other such vital documents. It is quite roomy. People said you cannot fit a wallet inside of it, but you can fit a men's bifold wallet inside, provided it is not jam packed and bulging. It will make it stick out more, but it will fit.
I was worried about how it would be with high 80's temps and 90% humidity. I was worried it would mess with my skin. There were many days when I reached for, worried that it was gone because I could not feel it! It was there every time! The material is soft enough for my skin, and like I said, I often could not feel it, forgetting it was there. Yes, I did sweat A LOT, and it did actually get my JR pass a little damp. Quick fix, I kept items inside a sandwich or quart sized ziplock, and everything was fine!
I do plan on taking this for future travels. I put the elastic waistband through one or more of my belt loops to make sure it could not easily slip off. the plastic clasp never failed me.
I recently purchased this for a European trip to 5 countries in eight days. I was constantly on the move with 6 flights, 3 train rides, rental cars and miles of walking each day. I was very pleased and used this each and every day of my trip. At first it appeared bulky around my midsection but I realized I wasn't wearing it pulled down low enough. After this was corrected, you couldn't even tell I had anything on at all. It was comfortable and held everything I needed. I walked up to 8 miles a day sight seeing and was very glad to have both hands free. It held my phone, two passports, money, drivers license, credit card, some meds in a ziploc bag, and even a full size tube of lipstick. Yes, it held all of this without being noticeable. So glad I made this purchase!
The belt is well-made of quality material. it isn't going to fall apart with use. I'm not that used to how a money belt feels, so I don't know what to compare it to. It isn't scratchy. It isn't especially confining, but it isn't as comfortable (if your not used to it) as not wearing one, but then I don't expect any money belt is like not wearing one. It also has mesh on skin side to help it be more comfortable, which I'm sure someone would notice in hot weather and be thankful for. The belt part is also made of sturdy and adjustable elastic. It has pockets within pockets to help better organize items. When I was shopping for a money belt, it was the least expensive; it was definitely worth the money and then some. The material is higher quality than I expected.
As part of a Mission trip I went to Ecuador and stayed in the poorest areas of that country. I carried cash, passport and credit cars and never had a problem. I did have something stolen from me (in front of law enforcement) but it was not related to the belt. Actually, it was at the airport where I wasn't wearing the built for security reasons.
I found the money belt to be very comfortable (over a T-shirt but under a outer shirt). I kept it so the zippers were just above the belt line and located by the buttons in the shirt for easy access. If you wear tight clothing then the outline could be visible. If you wear clothes a little looser (more normal), it can't be seen. In photos I noticed I look a little heavier but you can't see the money belt (my excuse any way).
The belt is constructed well all the way around. When it comes to security, I'm pretty critical. This one is worth the money.
